Submit Session Proposal

In addition to the 45 minute HostingCon educational sessions you know and love, business connections opportunities for vendors to offer services to matching attendees and in-depth workshops, we are adding two additional session types to HostingCon 2016: Lightning Talks and Speed Roundtables.

Lightning talks will “strike” you with the essential information you need in just 20 short minutes! The brevity of the session gives the opportunity for attendees to be exposed to even more ideas at the show and for the speaker to offer his or her best nugget of advice in a concise package.

Speed Roundtables offer networking and peer learning all in one complete and fun package. We tested this concept at the show last year and it was by far one of our most popular offerings! In just over two hours, attendees experience four roundtable discussions led by industry experts touching on the most provocative market opportunities of a given track. Each table will have a short presentation given by a topic expert followed by an in depth discussion where attendees and experts equally contribute. This format offers an excellent opportunity to make new connections, share knowledge, gain perspective and learn about several aspects of a given topic.

Please indicate which type of session you'd be most interested in offering.

The final deadline to submit a speaking proposal for HostingCon Global is February 26, 2016. If your proposal is chosen you will be contacted on or before April 15, 2016 with more details.
