Conference Chair HostingCon/VP of Events, iMiller PR
Cheryl Kemp is a passionate technology industry executive. Beginning her career in the 90s as a software sales representative, later writing HTML code before transitioning to e-commerce in the 2000s. Most recently, Kemp served as the chairwoman and director of content for HostingCon before joining the executive management team at iMiller Public Relations (iMPR) as the company's Vice President of Events in 2016.
Today, Kemp is a content, tech conference and event professional, dedicated to helping companies amplify their brands. By leveraging conferences, events and trade shows, Kemp supports and guides companies through strategic positioning and placement of industry thought leaders for speaking opportunities, article and blog placements, social media for message amplification as well as content and communications that showcase a company's brand across a diverse target market.
Previously, Kemp served as the director of community and conference content at Penton, where she worked on the HostingCon event brand and others, to produce cutting-edge educational content both in the US and abroad, while implementing a comprehensive strategy to grow attendance.
As Vice President of Events for iMPR, Kemp provides strategic guidance to iMPR clients and industry conference, associations and trade show partners, to shape invigorating programs that leverage the broad knowledge and dynamic changes across the tech industry. With a comprehensive understanding the tech industry, events and the evolution of conferences, Kemp's ability to transform, inspire and deliver effective events is her passion.
Executive Director, Internet Infrastructure Coalition
Christian Dawson is the Co-Founder of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) where he works to make the Internet a better, safer place for the businesses that make up the Cloud. Dawson spent 16 years as an executive at web hosting provider ServInt. While there, he co-founded the Save Hosting initiative, designed to galvanize web hosting providers in their opposition of PIPA & SOPA. He went on to help found the i2Coalition to ensure that those who build the infrastructure of the Internet have a voice in all matters of public policy that affect them. He is a staunch advocate for Internet freedom as a tool for social and economic growth by fostering the growth and expansion of the Internet economy.

Andrew is the Co-Founder and COO of StackPath and is an industry recognized veteran with over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining StackPath, Andrew was the SVP of Cloud and Technology at CenturyLink and lead all of CenturyLink's Cloud and Managed Services businesses. Andrew had focused on finding growth opportunities for CenturyLink. He lead CenturyLink's acquisition of Savvis, AppFog and Tier3 and was an integral part of the team that saw CenturyLink grow from a rural Telcom to the 3rd largest Communications provider in the US and one of the largest providers of Managed Hosting and Cloud, Globally. Before joining CenturyLink, Andrew was the COO of the startup Privista, focusing on internet privacy and identity theft in the early days of web adoption.

Michele Neylon is the founder, owner and CEO of Blacknight, Ireland's largest domain registrar and hosting provider. Michele is an active and often outspoken member of the Internet industry and the recipient of the 2013 IIA Net Visionary Award. He currently serves as the Chair of both the ICANN Registrar Stakeholder Group and the Eurid Registrar Advisory Board. Michele is actively involved in Internet policy development, currently serving as a member of several working groups within the ICANN GNSO. Philbert Shih is the Founder and Managing Director of Structure Research, an independent research and consulting firm devoted to the hosting and cloud infrastructure services market. Mr. Shih has covered the hosting infrastructure space for over a decade. David Snead is cPanel's General Counsel. He is responsible for the overall legal strategy of the company.
